I have extensive experience in the financial management field. My experience includes over 30 years as a retail banker and the mortgage business.  Prior to joining Aspen Properties, Inc., I was Senior Vice President with Bank One, AZ and was the Northeast Regional Manager for Valley National Bank of AZ and Bank One, AZ headquartered in Show Low, AZ .  I spent over ten years in the White Mountain communities of Show Low and Pinetop, AZ.  I also had assignments as the Regional Vice President in Scottsdale and initiated and headed the bank's Indian Banking Division before retiring from banking in 1997.  Thus, I have had a great amount of experience and knowledge of the Arizona business communities including the White Mountains of Arizona.

After retiring from banking in 1997, I started and owned a mortgage broker business in Scottsdale, AZ.  This provided me with additional insight into buying, owning and selling a business.
